We're on the hunt for a trained butcher, or someone who wants to learn the art of butchery – a chef or foodie who loves good food and has a fun personality to join our team and learn from our master butcher.
Don't worry if you don't have any experience - we'll train the right person.
We have loads of regulars who love a good chat, so a friendly and outgoing personality is a must.
Desirable qualifications
Ideally some experience in a related field or a love for food preparation and cooking
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and how to cook them
Great knife skills and an eye for detail
Team player
Good communication and customer service skills
